MLCFOOD Accepts Real Onboard Galley Cases
MLCFOOD is a seafarer-focused project created to document and share real conditions of food preparation and galley management on board merchant vessels.
We accept real cases directly from crew members — without filters, staging or marketing images.
What You Can Submit
- Photos of clean and well-organized ship galleys
- Examples of good-quality crew food
- Photos of spoiled, expired or improperly stored food
- Evidence of poor hygiene or unsafe food handling
- Cases where the cook’s performance is unacceptable
Both positive and negative cases are important. Our goal is to show the real situation on board — not ideal conditions.
